Job summary

MemberRx is seeking a Logistics Associate in Mississauga, ON, to deliver medications to patients, clinics, and other destinations across the GTA. You will load shipments in the morning, follow daily routes, and return to the pharmacy by shift end. Shifts are rotational; some rush deliveries may occur.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of GTA delivery experience, a valid Ontario G‑class license, and comfort with small cargo vans. Strong service, reliability, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience delivering in the GTA area.
• Active and valid Ontario issued G-class driver’s license.
• Experience with operating compact cargo vans (e.g., Ford Transit Connect, Nissan NV200) preferred.

Job description

Logistics Full Time Mississauga, ON $18 - $21 CAD per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday primarily between 11:30am and 7:30pm

Position Description

The delivery driver is responsible for safe and effective transport of medications to patient homes, commercial destinations, and medical clinics throughout the Greater Toronto Area and beyond. Drivers are assigned daily routes, starting off loading packaged shipments in the morning and returning to the pharmacy by the end of the scheduled shift. Shifts are assigned throughout the work week on a rotational basis. Occasionally, there may be a need for rush deliveries and ad hoc routes to meet an urgent need should it arise. The vehicles are compact cargo vans equipped with automatic transmissions. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a high level of customer service and reliability to ensure that critical deliveries are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

The Company

MemberRx is an innovative pharmacy focused on supporting the complex health needs of Ontario’s education community. The pharmacy occupies an 8,000 square feet facility located just south of Toronto Pearson International Airport. We look to provide an elevated pharmacy offering while having a meaningful and measurable impact on health outcomes for Ontario’s educators.

The pharmacy incorporates operational elements from other practice areas such as specialty, community, and long-term care. The initial focus will be on complex, specialty medications and then expanding into therapies for diabetes and related cardiovascular conditions. From the clinical perspective, the goal is to elevate long-term health outcomes and to meaningfully impact quality of life by reviewing and optimizing medication therapy. The pharmacy also aims to provide timely medication delivery to minimize delays in treatment to enhance the member experience and promote therapeutic adherence. You will be working alongside an expert team of pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, and logistics staff to meet each of these objectives.

Primary Accountabilities

Education & Experience

• Experience with operating compact cargo vans is strongly preferred (e.g., Ford Transit Connect, Nissan NV200, Ram Premasters).
