Job summary

Distribution Stox in Belleville, Ontario is seeking a Delivery Driver to transport tires and merchandise from the warehouse to customers. You will perform pre-trip truck checks, load/unload goods, and ensure vehicle cleanliness while maintaining delivery order efficiency.

The role requires a valid G Class license, at least 1 year of driving experience, good physical condition, and a clean driving record. Knowledge of the region and cube van experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid G Class license.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a driver.
• Be in excellent physical shape and able to lift heavy loads.
• Have a good driving record.
• Have a very good knowledge of the region.
• Previous experience driving a cube van (asset).

Responsibilities

• Deliver tires and merchandise from the warehouse.
• Complete a daily inspection report of the truck before departure.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the vehicle.
• Load and unload the tires and merchandise to be delivered to the different customers.
• Unload tires manually at customers locations.
• Inspect the tires and merchandise with the customer.
• Respect the order of deliveries to optimize the route of the day.
• Handle all delivery work orders.
• Pick up tires at different customer locations.
• Assist with other related warehouse work (loading and unloading trucks and maintenance tasks).
