As a Project Delivery Manager, you oversee the allocation of material, time, IT, and human resources across cross-sector projects to ensure objectives are met on time and within budget. Your responsibilities include analyzing project feasibility and opportunities, developing action plans, defining milestones, and coordinating project teams. You supervise contributors involved in delivering application and technology components of large-scale, innovative projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Additionally, you ensure the availability of necessary technology platforms for project delivery and post-delivery operations. Planning, prioritizing, and coordinating work to meet objectives, maintaining quality of deliverables, and managing contributor performance and engagement are key aspects of your role. Your projects require extensive domain knowledge, often involving complex organizational and conceptual analysis, with frequent stakeholder interactions across various fields, emphasizing the importance of interpersonal skills. You serve as a specialist, leading teams and decision-making bodies. Specific responsibilities include:

1. Planning deliverables for application and technology components, estimating project costs considering complexity and interdependencies.
2. Supervising contributors, ensuring team performance and quality, and establishing project standards and procedures.
3. Coordinating deliverables, ensuring compliance with agreements, budgets, and timelines, and aligning performance with priorities.
4. Analyzing risks and impacts, developing mitigation strategies.
5. Collaborating with project leaders on change management, solution testing, and implementation strategies, ensuring platform availability.
