Job Description

The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to join our team at AWS. In this role, you'll work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. You will be instrumental in driving customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs
• Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support during project delivery
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies
• Acting as a trusted advisor on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years working as a contact center technology architect or senior developer with platforms like Amazon Connect, Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, NICE InContact, Salesforce, etc.
• 1+ years designing and implementing NLP/NLU solutions using frameworks like Rasa, Dialogflow, Lex, or Azure Bot Service in contact centers
• 2+ years hands-on coding with REST APIs and web services, including integration of contact center platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation
• AWS Professional certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional)
• Experience with automation tools like Terraform, scripting in Python
• Knowledge of security standards like HIPAA, GDPR
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with Amazon Connect or Lex, and integrating generative AI into contact center solutions

The salary range for this position is $99,900 to $166,900 per year, based on experience and skills. Additional compensation and benefits may be included.
