You’ll lead cross‑functional teams, manage senior stakeholders, and coach diverse talent while navigating a hybrid work environment. Fluency in English and French and willingness to travel across Canada and internationally are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures including pre‑deal due diligence
• Ability to manage large programs with multiple senior stakeholders
• Knowledge across IT, HR, Finance, Operations/Supply Chain, or Sales/Marketing
• Proven client relationship management and advisory ability
• Willingness to travel within Canada and internationally
• Fluency in English and French
