Job summary

Real Canadian Superstore is hiring Store Team Members to provide excellent customer service and keep shelves stocked. You’ll respond to customer needs, maintain displays, and assist with inventory and promotions.

No prior experience is required; we offer training to set you up for success. Expect flexible hours (days, evenings, weekends) and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is not required; training provided.
• Flexible hours including days, evenings and weekends.
• Able to move up to 50 lbs and stand/move for long periods.
• Must be 18 years or older; background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
