Role

We are seeking Delay Analysts willing to travel across Canada with the flexibility to be away from home on a 6:1 rotation. The role involves providing clients with claims advice through detailed forensic analysis of project data. This is a consultancy position requiring effective client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

  1. Deliver professional assignments responsibly.
  2. Assist with 'live' planning when necessary.
  3. Conduct delay analysis independently.
  4. Ensure project delivery aligns with client requirements.
  5. Consult effectively on prolongation and EoT claims strategies.
  6. Draft narratives for delay claims.

Candidate Profile

  • Interest in working in Canada.
  • Degree in a construction-related field preferred.
  • Understanding of current construction methodologies.
  • Knowledge of delay analysis methods.
  • Familiarity with contract law and conditions in construction.
  • Proficiency in planning software such as P6 or Powerproject.
  • Proven track record in claims delivery.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Presentable and articulate.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
