Job description

This is an interview position.

GENERAL SUMMARY

Ensure timely delivery of parcels to predetermined clients on specific routes, review orders before delivery, load and unload the vehicle, and provide exceptional customer service.

Flexible shift opportunities (minimum and maximum hours, and work days will be determined based on operational needs).

Training

Postsecondary:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Certificates and professional titles:

• Valid or progressively valid driver's license from your province.

Experience

Minimum years required for this position:

• None
• One (1) year in customer service

Time to familiarize and adapt to the task: 3 months

Other mandatory experience:

• In Quebec, bilingual (French and English) required

Technical Skills

Solid knowledge of:

• Passing driver evaluations before hiring.
• Ability to succeed in all basic and refresher training.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Knowledge of Federal Express Canada activities is an asset.

Responsibilities
