Ecolab’s industry-leading Food & Beverage team is seeking candidates for a Dedicated Account Manager. We focus on increasing food safety and product quality, enhancing sustainability, and boosting operational efficiency. We provide cleaning and sanitation solutions to food, beverage, and dairy manufacturing environments through a dual focus on sales and technical service/consultation to both new and existing customers. As strong business partners, Ecolab collaborates with customers to develop sanitation plans, evaluate processes, troubleshoot technical issues, and identify operational efficiencies.

What You Will Do:

  • Understand Ecolab products, plant operations, customer objectives, and regulations
  • Deliver sales presentations on Ecolab's products and services
  • Provide sanitation expertise, assist with sanitation plans, SOPs, process evaluations, and employee training
  • Develop strategic work plans and monitor project timelines with customers
  • Build strong relationships across all plant levels
  • Manage Ecolab products and equipment, participate in installations, and monitor performance

Position Details

  • Support the Golden Horseshoe area, including Georgetown, Orangeville, and Tavistock, with travel within a 2-hour radius
  • Require 4-6 nights of overnight travel per month
  • Focus on dairy industry accounts

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Post-Secondary Diploma
  • 2 years in food, beverage, or dairy processing/manufacturing or technical sales experience
  • Experience with CIP systems
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Flexibility to work varying hours and travel as needed
  • Ability to travel to the US for training/meetings
  • No immigration sponsorship available

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in dairy, food, agricultural science, quality assurance, engineering, chemistry, biology, or related field
  • Mechanical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Competitive drive and initiative
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
