Variety Village seeks a Deck Supervisor to lead on-deck operations for swim lessons and aquatic programs at our Scarborough facility. This on-site, part-time role supports instructors, ensures safety, and maintains program quality.
The position requires current Swim Instructor and Lifeguard certifications, plus ability to work a seasonal schedule including evenings and weekends. Competitive hourly rate applies to an on-site environment at 3701 Danforth Avenue.

The Opportunity:
The Deck Supervisor provides on-deck leadership, supervision, andsupport to Swim Instructors to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, andinclusive aquatic programming. This role serves as a key point of communicationbetween instructors, participants, parents/guardians, and aquatic leadership,helping to maintain a positive, organized, and safety-focused environment.
The Deck Supervisor is a strong aquatic leader who supports instructordevelopment, assists with daily program operations, responds to incidents, andensures aquatic programming meets Variety Village and Lifesaving Societystandards.
