  • Provide training and support to delivery partners as required.
  • Analyze performance data and propose continuous improvements.
  • Promote sustainability initiatives within the company and externally.
  • Track project progress and provide regular reports to stakeholders and management.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics, delivery, transportation or project management.
  • Experience in the deployment of last-mile decarbonization activities, including the transition of fleets to electric trucks and cargo bikes and good knowledge of the ecosystem (players, regulations, trends, etc.).
  • Knowledge of sustainable development practices and environmental issues (an asset).
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-starter and ability to proactively solve complex problems.
