Job summary

BDO Canada in London, ON is seeking an Insolvency Analyst to join the Personal Debt Solutions team in-office. You will draft documents, letters, and correspondence to clients, and accurately enter documents into the insolvency database.

You will support the local team, engage with the community on social media to promote debt solutions, and demonstrate integrity, respect, and collaboration in daily work.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to liaise well with staff and outside parties.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Post-secondary education is an asset but not required.
• Insolvency/Personal Debt Solutions experience is an asset but not required.
• Ability to stay organized within a busy work environment.
• Attention to detail with ability to work independently.
• English proficiency required for client communications.

Responsibilities

• Drafting documents, letters, and various correspondence to clients.
• Accurately enter documents into internal systems creating formal documents in the insolvency database.
• Various other duties to assist the Personal Debt Solutions department as required including working with the local team and others within the organization.
• Community outreach and use of social media to promote personal debt solutions offerings.
