Job summary

BDO Canada is seeking an Insolvency Analyst to join the Personal Debt Solutions team in office. You will draft documents, manage client correspondence, and enter records into the insolvency database, while supporting cross-team collaboration.

The role requires strong English communication, organization, and attention to detail. Prior insolvency experience is a plus, with a flexible, inclusive work environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to liaise well with staff and external parties.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Post-secondary education is an asset but not required.
• Insolvency/ Personal Debt Solutions experience is an asset but not required.
• Ability to stay organized in a busy work environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Drafting documents, letters, and various correspondence to clients.
• Enter documents into internal systems and insolvency database.
• Assist Personal Debt Solutions department and collaborate with local and other teams.
• Community outreach and use of social media to promote offerings.
