Applications are invited for the position of Dean, Community Services, Justice and Fitness Studies in the Academic Division, located at the Daniel J. Patterson Campus, with program responsibilities at both Welland and our Daniel J. Patterson campus. The salary range is $159,252 to $199,065 for a 35-hour work week. Additional hours may be required as necessary.
Reporting to the Vice President, Academic, the Dean plays a crucial role in maintaining the standards, integrity, and effectiveness of the academic enterprise, contributing to positive relationships with key external partners, including partners in the community, professional associations, donors, and regulatory and accreditation bodies. The incumbent will provide sound academic and administrative leadership, supervision, and direction to faculty, support and administrative staff within the division, and ensure the effective planning, development, delivery, and ongoing review of all programs and facilities. In addition, the successful candidate will work to ensure that divisional teaching, learning, and service processes support student success.
