Job summary

PwC Canada seeks a Deals, Real Assets Manager to lead infrastructure and project finance advisory engagements and to develop sophisticated financial models. You will stay ahead of Canadian infrastructure trends, nurture client relationships, and guide teams through complex analyses and proposals.

Qualifications

• Strong finance background with experience in project finance and/or infrastructure advisory or investing.
• Experience in consulting, lender, sponsor, developer, investor, or government agency is asset.
• Proven financial modeling expertise, including development and review of models for infrastructure projects.
• Experience with financial forecasting and cash-flow analysis.
• CPA/CFA/CBV designation or post-graduate degree preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, or similar platforms is asset.

• Perform financial, commercial, and market analyses related to infrastructure and project finance.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Train, coach, and review work completed by Associates and Senior Associates across multiple engagements.
• Contribute to the preparation and review of client reports, deliverables, and information memorandums.
• Lead business development efforts, including proposals, pitch decks, and other marketing materials.
• Work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.

What You'll Bring : Your skills, knowledge, and experiences are what set you apart. Here's what we look for:

• Strong finance background with experience in project finance and/or infrastructure advisory or investing
• Experience gained in a consulting firm, lender, sponsor, developer, investor, or government agency is considered an asset
• Proven financial modeling expertise, including the development and review of models for infrastructure projects
• Experience with financial forecasting and cash-flow analysis
• Experience working in infrastructure broadly; sector-specific experience is considered an asset but not required
• A financial designation (CPA, CFA, CBV, etc) and/or a post-graduate degree preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with tools such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, or similar platforms is considered an asset
• Ability to work independently and confidently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Openness to learning new tools and approaches, including emerging digital and analytics capabilities
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with diverse teams

This newly created role reflects our commitment to growth and delivering distinctive value for our clients and stakeholders. The salary range for this position is $112,400 - $162,400. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
