A leading automotive dealership in Quebec is seeking an experienced Dealership Accountant to oversee the finance function. The role involves managing accounts, preparing reports, and training junior staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent communication skills, and experience with Pinnacle DMS. We are looking for an experienced Dealership Accountant to join our accounts team at our Ford Leeds site, overseeing accounts for one of our manufacturer partners. Here, you will be involved in the day-to-day running of the finance team, supported by an accounts assistant, reporting on all aspects of the dealership including Bodyshop, rental, and corporate departments. You will report to the Group Financial Controller.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the motor trade and have worked as an Accountant or a confident and experienced Assistant Accountant. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with and influence the Dealership Principal are essential. You should have either an accounting qualification or be qualified by experience. Experience working with Pinnacle DMS and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are required.
