This role involves acting as a liaison between the Field Team, Audi Dealership Managers, Internal Stakeholders and cross-functional teams with a focus on program enrollments, support, training, issue resolution, and monitoring performance metrics with the intent of optimizing conversion.

  • Metrics Monitoring & Improvement: Monitor and enhance performance and lead metrics for assigned dealers and oADD’s related performance of brand websites.
  • Program Education & Awareness: Assist field teams in educating and promoting awareness of the program among stakeholders.
  • Content Quality Assurance: Regularly assess the quality, accuracy, and relevance of all content on the website. Ensure that the content aligns with the brand's messaging, goals, and audience needs.
  • SEO Optimization: Evaluate content from an SEO perspective, ensuring that it contains relevant keywords, follows best practices for search engine optimization, and is structured to improve search performance.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze how website content impacts visitor behavior and conversion rates. Implement strategies to improve user experience and encourage desired actions (e.g., purchases, sign-ups, inquiries).
  • Content Updates: Keep the website content up to date by removing outdated information, refreshing stale content, and adding new, relevant material.
  • Keyword Analysis: Conduct regular keyword research to identify new opportunities for content creation or optimization based on current search trends and user intent.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of different content pieces using analytics tools to measure their effectiveness in attracting traffic and achieving conversion goals.
  • User Experience Evaluation: Assess how content contributes to the overall user experience (UX) of the website, ensuring it engages visitors and guides them through a seamless journey.
  • Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure all content complies with legal requirements, industry standards, and maintains accuracy and authenticity.
