Job description

Bartech Staffing is a leading engineering, technical, and professional staffing firm, with clients including some of the nation's biggest companies. Hourly pay range: $49-$51
Responsibilities
  1. Questioning, creative, inquisitive attitude with detailed knowledge of dealership operations, Service Policies, Procedures, and sales policies.
  2. Familiarity with Windows-based laptops, including scanning, remote printing, data manipulation, and internet data transfer.
  3. Strong MS Excel skills, including V-lookup and Pivot Tables.
  4. Utilization of Data Analytics in daily work.
  5. Ability to handle inconsistency, adversity, and change.
  6. High interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
  7. Strong ethics and integrity.
  8. Technical background related to automotive diagnosis and repair procedures.
  9. Extensive travel (32 weeks/year) by air or vehicle.
  10. Assessing compliance of claims with rules and policies.
  11. Experience in Dealer Audits, including Sales Incentives and Warranty Audits.
  12. Wholesale field experience as a District Sales Manager or related roles.
  13. Certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor or Certified Fraud Examiner preferred.
  14. Experience with warranty and incentives audits.
  15. Onsite or electronic dealership audits.
  16. Working on a new dealership-facing website.
  17. Independent daily responsibilities and monthly team meetings.
Basic Qualifications
  1. 5-7 years of relevant experience preferred.
  2. Dealership or dealership experience, wholesale or retail.
  3. Service/Warranty experience is a plus.
  4. Licensed mechanic is a plus.
  5. Proficiency in MS Excel, including V-lookup and Pivot Tables.
