Job summary

SLB New Energy & Industrial is seeking a motivated DCN Recruiting Coordinator to support our Data Center infrastructure solutions business. The role involves employment, recruiting and staffing duties, including searching, interviewing, offering and placing quality candidates.

The recruiter will coordinate the hiring process, university visits, maintain candidate data, ensure compliance with privacy guidelines, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or HR.
• 3–5 years in high-volume recruitment.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Proven ability to coordinate high-volume interviews and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the hiring process for new recruits (screening, travel, start date, visas).
• Coordinate career fairs and university visits.
• Serve as first point of contact for candidates through interview process.
• Maintain requisition/advertising databases and applicant tracking system.

SLB is seeking a motivated DCN Recruiting Coordinator to support our Data Center infrastructure solutions business. The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for providing support in the areas of employment, recruiting and staffing, and for assisting with searching, interviewing, offering and placing quality candidates

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the hiring process for new recruits, including pre-employment screening, travel, relocation, effective start date, security clearances, and visa coordination.
• Coordinate career fairs and university visits.
• Act as a first point of contact for new recruits. Support candidates through the interview process and keep them informed along the way.
• Screen, evaluate and conduct reference checks on candidates; maintain requisition and advertising databases.
• Keep up-to-date on recruiting requirements, standards and processes for each of the business groups, Product Lines and functions.
• Support the staffing of new businesses and cross-Product Line initiatives.
• Maintain new employee files and Human Resources records. Update and maintain the applicant tracking system and recruiting files to support future activity.
• Organize the logistics for all assessment sessions.
• Assist with the coaching and development of new team members.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with the Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines and relevant legislation.

Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Business or Human Resources from a recognized university. Relevant experience in recruiting coordination of 5 years + may be considered in lieu.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in a high-volume recruitment role.
• Fluency, both written and verbal, in English.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors recruiting module is an asset.
• Knowledge of Office365 tools especially MS Teams, MS Excel, Outlook and MS SharePoint.
• Ability to manage the scheduling of a high volume of interviews.
• Knowledge of relevant provincial legislation.
• Must have a passion for recruitment and ability to manage high volume recruitment.
• Must be a team player and possess a strong work ethic and confidentiality.
• Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in Canada, without sponsorship.
