Job summary

Walmart Canada in Cornwall, Ontario is seeking a Warehouse Receiver to manage freight intake at the distribution center. You will unload shipments, verify product and counts, and move goods to the appropriate departments.

You will assemble pallets per Ti/Hi specifications, complete receiving paperwork, and uphold stock receiving policies. The role emphasizes safety and adherence to health, safety and housekeeping standards, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly for up to 10 hours per day.
• Steel-toed safety shoes/boots required from day one.
• Other PPE may be required and will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Unload freight and verify product and count before receiving.
• Transport freight to designated departments.
• Assemble pallets per Ti/Hi and other specs.
• Adhere to Staple Stock Receiving policies and procedures.
• Complete receiving paperwork accurately (BOL, stamps, shortages).
• Support health, safety and housekeeping programs to ensure policy compliance.
