Walmart Maple distribution center in Ontario is seeking a Qa Supervisor to lead a small team of Team Leaders in daily QA activities. You will ensure inventory accuracy, drive SOX compliance, and implement an operational audit program.

You will analyze quality data, identify root causes with Operations, set departmental objectives, and train staff on SOPs while ensuring health and safety requirements are met.

• Age - 18 or older

Responsabilités

• Direct a small group of Team Leaders in the fulfillment of daily DC QA activities.
• Maintain inventory levels in the distribution center through inventory control procedures including cycle counts and random audits.
• Ensure all SOX cycle requirements are met with monthly reviews and action plans and document back-up.
• Develop, implement, and maintain an Operational Audit process; analyze audit reports and report results to operations.
• Analyze Quality results with Operations to identify root causes and implement improvements.
• Set and communicate department objectives; coach Team Leaders to meet responsibilities and objectives.
• Establish area SOPs and ensure staff training on proper execution.
• Audit inventory layout, methods, and equipment; recommend changes to support operations.
• Ensure health and safety responsibilities are met and comply with local legislation.
