Job Description:

We’re looking for a motivated leader to oversee our production area and guide our Operations Supervisor team. You'll ensure timely production, maintain cost efficiencies, and uphold health, safety, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing plans, coaching and recruiting talent, and leading production forecasts and seasonal fluctuations. What You’ll Do:

• Accountable for overseeing production by providing leadership to the Operations Supervisor team to meet production requirements on a timely basis, while maintaining cost efficiencies, operational health and safety, quality, and service standards, and positive Labour Relations.
• Provide collaborative leadership to a team of Operations Supervisors to deliver production results and achieve or surpass critical metric targets within established controls and standards.
• Develop and implement plans based on pre-established parameters for departments, with a horizon of daily to 12 months.
• Build and develop talent through coaching, recruitment, and addressing talent gaps.
• Guide team members on daily activities, review performance, mentor, and share best practices.
• Lead production, manage forecast variances, seasonal fluctuations, and ensure effective execution of production plans.

About You:

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in Distribution within retail or similar business, with at least three (3) years in management or supervisory roles.
• University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced, labor-intensive, and constantly changing production environments.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiating, conflict management, and information gathering skills. Ability to prioritize, build rapport, and act as a trusted advisor.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with effective presentation abilities.

Salary Range: $87,031.00-$131,789.80 /year. This range reflects the expected hiring range and may vary based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
