We are seeking a skilled Integration Studio & Custom Reporting Developer to design, build, and maintain HCM system integrations and develop tailored reports that meet business needs.

The role requires hands-on experience with Integration Studio for connecting enterprise systems, as well as strong expertise in creating custom reports using relevant reporting tools and data sources.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
  1. Develop, configure, and maintain integrations using Integration Studio to connect various HCM enterprise platforms.
  2. Design and deliver custom reports to support business operations, analytics, and compliance needs.
  3. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  4. Work with data mapping, and transformation for integration workflows.
  5. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency in reporting outputs.
  6. Conduct unit testing, debugging, and deployment for both integrations and reports.
  7. Maintain detailed technical documentation for integrations and reporting solutions.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve integration or reporting issues in a timely manner.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
  • Proven experience with Integration Studio (or similar integration platforms).
  • Strong knowledge of custom reporting development using tools such as Power BI, Crystal Reports, SSRS, or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and data integration concepts.
  • Proficiency with SQL for data extraction and transformation.
  • Experience with data modeling and relational databases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with enterprise HCM, ERP or CRM systems integrations and reporting.
  • Familiarity with cloud integration and reporting solutions.
  • Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
  • Certification in Integration Studio or recognized reporting tools.
Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
