  • Keep project management tools and shared drives organized and up to date with accurate artist and project information
  • Track and manage incoming requests (show offers, press, collaborations, etc.), flagging key opportunities and ensuring timely follow-ups
Creative & Campaign Coordination
  • Lead the execution of artist campaigns and rollouts, collaborating with marketing and creative teams to align timelines and deliverables
  • Plan and coordinate content shoots and social campaigns around releases, tours, and brand moments.
  • Organize the creative production process, including writing and recording sessions with producers, writers, and engineers
  • Maintain a clear system for tracking demos, stems, and final masters
  • Oversee music publishing details such as splits, metadata, and PRO registrations, in collaboration with administrative support
Touring Logistics
  • Coordinate logistics with booking agents, tour managers, promoters, and venues to support upcoming shows and tours
  • Confirm show holds, announcements, and final details, ensuring all parties are aligned on timelines and expectations
  • Collect and distribute show assets (ticket links, promo materials, etc.), and coordinate with marketing to support tour announcements and promotional rollouts
Strategic Support & Development
  • Work alongside the artist and Manager to support long-term career growth across music, content, touring, and branding
  • Help identify, prioritize, and act on opportunities that align with artist vision and momentum
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, platforms, and cultural shifts to inform strategy and spark ideas
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3-5 years of experience in artist management, music marketing, touring, or label operations
  • Deep understanding of the music industry landscape, especially dance/electronic music
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with a high level of emotional intelligence
  • Organized, solutions-oriented, and confident in juggling many stakeholders
  • Comfortable using tools like Notion and Google Workspace
  • A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and collaborates well across remote teams
