Job summary

Randstad Canada is seeking a Distribution Clerk in Ottawa to support daily order fulfillment, inventory management and warehouse flow. This temporary, full-time role runs on a day shift from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

in a fast-paced facility with RF scanning and standard shipping/receiving tasks. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer and data entry skills, plus the ability to lift up to 10 lbs and work well in a team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing or production is an asset.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems, data entry and RF scanning technology.
• Ability to stand, walk, perform repetitive motions and lift up to 10 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Pick and locate products accurately using RF scanning equipment.
• Verify products against orders to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Pack, label, and sort shipments per outbound logistics requirements.
• Perform standard shipping and receiving functions.
• Process invoices, manual orders and customer returns in internal systems.
• Stock shelves, replenish supplies and participate in cycle counts.
• Match work orders to trays and prepare for subsequent departments.
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation during each shift.
