Job summary

Aerotek in Milton, ON is seeking a General Production Worker to support manufacturing operations by packaging finished pump products, preparing shipments, assisting with painting and testing, and performing general labour throughout the plant. This fully onsite, day-shift role (Mon-Fri 7:30 a.m.

- 4:00 p.m.) is contract to hire. The job requires physical fitness, forklift familiarity, and good communication.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience in production, assembly, and packing.
• Basic forklift experience.
• Physically demanding work, including lifting, standing and walking.
• Comfort using hand tools in a production setting.
• Good communication with supervisors and teammates.
• Attention to detail in packaging and labeling.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Package finished pump products and components according to standards.
• Prepare products for shipment with labeling, wrapping, and palletizing.
• Assist with painting operations and handling painted parts.
• Support testing procedures to verify quality and performance.
• Move materials between departments to maintain flow.
• Perform general labour and assist teammates as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
