Job summary

CHEP Canada is seeking a Production Operator to repair damaged pallets weighing 50–70 lbs in a fast-paced, safety-conscious production environment. You will perform pallet inspection, sorting, and general warehouse tasks while supporting service centre operations and contributing to a Zero Harm culture.

This on-site role offers a starting wage of 26.52–27.78 CAD/hour with pay increases after probation and shift-based premiums, plus monthly performance incentives.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required.
  • 1–3 years general labour or similar experience.
  • 1–3 years of power tools experience.
  • Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 70lbs.
  • Ability to work in a team setting.

About the Role

The Production Operator repairs damaged CHEP pallets weighing between 50-70 lbs, using speed, accuracy, and attention to detail while ensuring safety, security, and productivity requirements are met. This is a fast‑paced, quota‑driven production environment with performance incentive opportunities. In this hands‑on role, you will support service centre operations through pallet inspection, sorting, repair, and general warehouse duties while contributing to CHEP’s Zero Harm safety culture.

Compensation

$26.52-27.78/hr starting wage (pay increase after probation)

Additional pay premium based on shift

Performance-based production incentives, paid monthly

Vous devez avoir !
  • Diplôme d'études secondaires (requis)
  • 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en construction, menuiserie, aménagement paysager ou dans un domaine similaire (requis)
  • 1 à 3 ans d'expérience avec des outils électriques
