Job summary

CHEP Edmonton seeks a Mechanic Team Leader to drive maintenance priorities and oversee repairs within the service centre. You will manage a team, coordinate preventive maintenance, safety, and quality while meeting CHEP standards. Strong leadership and hands-on maintenance experience are required to excel in this role at our Edmonton site.

Qualifications

  • Industrial Millwright license or mechanical trade certificate required.
  • Minimum 3–5 years in industrial maintenance role.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic electrical.
  • Minor welding and fabrication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Execute maintenance priorities with the service centre including preventative maintenance and repairs.
  • Lead the maintenance team and ensure safety, security, and productivity in line with CHEP standards.
  • Adhere to CHEP quality criteria and participate in continuous improvement.
