1. Engage with our guests to ensure they get the most out of their stay

5. Keep areas in and around the hotel clean and presentable
6. Assist with turndown service
7. Handle incoming telephone calls, transfer calls, and take messages
8. Be part of a one-team culture where ‘No job is not my job’
9. Confidently set up tables and deliver room service
