No two days are the same and responsibilities will vary daily, however each day you can expect to:

• Engage with our guests to ensure they get the most out of their stay
• Deliver a warm welcome to arrivals and wish departures a fond farewell
• Serve drinks
• Assist with deliveries
• Keep areas in and around the hotel clean and presentable
• Assist with turndown service
• Handle incoming telephone calls, transferring calls and taking messages
• A one team culture where ‘No job is not my job’
• Confidently set up a table for and deliver room service

• Someone who is naturally warm, caring and confident
• Problem solvers, who can answer guest requests and look for solutions
