Engage with our guests to ensure they get the most out of their stay
Deliver a warm welcome to arrivals and wish departures a fond farewell
Serve drinks
Assist with deliveries
Keep areas in and around the hotel clean and presentable
Assist with turndown service
Handle incoming telephone calls, transferring calls and taking messages
A one team culture where ‘No job is not my job’
Confidently set up a table for and deliver room service
