Your work will ensure that programs are inclusive, accessible, and aligned with community needs.

Staff leadership and supervision are central to your responsibilities. You will help recruit, train, schedule, and support camp counselors, instructors, and volunteers, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Leading staff meetings, providing feedback, and supporting ongoing skill development will help your team deliver safe, engaging, and memorable experiences for campers.

Maintaining safety and compliance is critical. You will ensure adherence to safety regulations, manage emergency procedures, and maintain proper staff-to-camper ratios at all times. You will also support budgeting and administrative duties, including tracking attendance, managing program expenses, and preparing reports that contribute to continuous improvement of camp operations.
