Job summary

Earls is seeking a Day Bartender to join our bar team in Canada. You will train through Server training for the first 2–3 weeks, then transition to Day Bar training. The role emphasizes high-volume service, engaging guest interactions, and delivering high-quality drinks with a friendly, hospitality-first approach.

We value teamwork, a passion for guest experience, and a willingness to learn and grow within a supportive environment. Legal eligibility to work in Canada is required.

Qualifications

  • 1 year serving or creating drinks in a high volume setting.
  • Knowledge of liquor, wine, and beer.
  • A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun.
  • A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests.
  • A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
  • The ability to legally work in Canada.

Job description

We are looking for an engaging Day Bartender to grow our bar team. At Earls, our Bartenders not only take pride in the quality of product and service they provide, but have a natural passion for people. They understand the balance between taking their work seriously, but not themselves. From full wells to full woods, they maintain excitement with every drink poured.

Please note: You will have to go through Server training for the first 2-3 weeks that you are hired and then transition to Day Bar training.
