Job description

Effective February 3, 2025 to June 30, 2025 or until the return of incumbent, whichever comes first.

This position at South Peace Campus is for High School Counsellor.

The successful applicant will possess, or be willing to complete, a Master's Degree in Counselling and will be an active member of the School Based Team, supporting students' academic and social/emotional well-being.

The successful applicant should be familiar with high school MyEducation and have a strong understanding of the graduation program. The applicant will be responsible for creating and implementing Category H IEPs (which may involve inter-agency/parent meetings), supporting Category H students, creating schedules for Category H EAs, working with the Intervention Worker, managing timetable changes for grade 10 students, and supervising the Supported Study Block.
