Position Summary

1. Set up and operate 5 spindle Davenport Screw Machines
2. Ability to read shop drawings or blueprints
3. Use of forklift and overhead crane when needed
4. Must be able to inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, plug gauges etc.
5. Sharpen tools / drills to get machines back into production

Skills and Knowledge

1. Davenport Screw machine experience is necessary
2. Attention to detail
3. Able to deal with grease and oil
4. Repetitious task

Working Environment
