A leading company in technology solutions is seeking a Lead Technician to manage Datacenter installation projects. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, strong customer service skills, and relevant certifications. Responsibilities include project management, installation, and troubleshooting of cable systems, ensuring high standards of quality and service.
Lead Technician, under the guidance of the Supervisor and Project Manager, will manage all phases of Datacenter installation projects. The Lead Technician must be able to think strategically and demonstrate leadership. They will assume full ownership from receipt of the completed engineering work package to project completion and final documentation. The Lead Technician must exhibit excellent customer service skills and ensure projects meet customer expectations.
