Job summary

Tech Talent International (TTI) is seeking a Databricks Architect with Informatica for a contract-hybrid engagement in Brampton, Ontario. The role focuses on designing scalable data platforms and leading ETL modernization.

The candidate will implement Databricks Lakehouse, Delta Lake, Spark and PySpark, migrate from Informatica PowerCenter/IICS/IDMC, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. 10+ years of experience and Azure cloud experience preferred, with a 6–12 month term.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience.
• Strong expertise in Databricks, Spark, PySpark, SQL, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or IICS/IDMC.
• Experience in data warehousing and data modeling; cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data platforms using Databricks Lakehouse, Delta Lake, Spark, and PySpark.
• Architect batch and real-time data pipelines on Azure/AWS/GCP.
• Lead ETL modernization and migration from Informatica PowerCenter/IICS/IDMC to Databricks.

Role: Databricks Architect (with Informatica)

Type: Contract - Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Rate Range: $65-75/hr C2C (40 hrs /week)

Duration: 6-12 months

Location: Brampton, ON, Canada
