Job Description

The Platforms and Technology (P&T) Data Governance team seeks a detail-oriented Data Steward to support data management activities for P&T. The candidate will assist in maintaining data quality, monitoring standards, and supporting data initiatives across the segment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Guide the Business on critical data identification and management.
2. Oversee metadata management and data quality tasks.
3. Manage data retention and disposition activities.
4. Partner with technology and architecture teams for effective data activities.
5. Research and analyze data issues, and implement solutions in data councils.
6. Provide data governance advice to management and teams, staying aware of industry trends.
7. Coordinate data governance activities across multiple areas.
8. Support policy and process implementation across functions.
9. Contribute to projects and initiatives as a data governance expert.
10. Participate in Segment Data Council meetings.
11. Identify business data owners and SMEs for the LOB.
12. Facilitate training on data policies, procedures, and tools.

Experience & Education

• Undergraduate degree or technical certificate.
• 5+ years relevant experience.
