Data Specialist (Temp), Strategic Operations Research & Analytics

Key Responsibilities

  • Support organisational reporting and dashboarding implementation by participating in requirement gathering, data extraction, and development of reports and dashboards
  • Modify and maintain existing organisational reports and dashboards to ensure they meet evolving business needs
  • Ensure existing reports and dashboards are refreshed on time to maintain data accuracy and reliability
  • Perform analysis on datasets and provide meaningful insights to support business decisions
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Economics, Business, Data Science, or related field
  • Proficiency in analytics, dashboarding, and reporting tools including Tableau, Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modelling), Python, and SQL
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent team collaboration abilities
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines

This is a temporary position from mid-November 2025 to mid-April 2026 (5 months). The successful candidate will work closely with our existing team to ensure seamless continuity of our data operations.
