Job summary

Northumberland Ferries Limited is seeking a Data Solutions Manager to steer the application portfolio, data infrastructure, and reporting ecosystem across Halifax, Charlottetown, and Saint John.

You will lead system transitions, vendor partnerships, and data governance to drive real-time decision making and AI-enabled growth in a transportation environment. Office-based with travel to terminals as needed.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of IT operations, data coordination, or business process management.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, or related sectors is preferred.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power BI is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration, configuration, and support of company applications and digital platforms.
• Manage full lifecycles including implementation, integrations, vendor coordination, and decommissioning.
• Oversee data governance, dashboards, and BI reporting with Power BI.
• Partner with operations, safety, finance, and HR to enable data-driven decisions.
