  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand AI model behavior, using statistical and visualization techniques to inform recommendations.
  • Apply software development best practices, including unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, robust logging, experiment tracking, and model monitoring.
  • Translate complex technical results into clear insights for stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions.

Practical Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Python and cloud platforms; familiarity with responsible AI frameworks and tools is an advantage.
  • Deep understanding of model evaluation metrics, including performance, bias, toxicity, explainability, transparency, and cost/value.
  • Strong background in statistics, machine learning algorithms, and optimization techniques.
  • Experience in feature engineering and prompt engineering to enhance model performance.
  • Experience deploying AI models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and using ML workbenches for scalable deployment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with innovative approaches.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to present complex findings clearly to diverse audiences.

The successful candidate should also:

  • Hold a relevant degree (B.Sc., B.Eng., M.Sc., M.Eng., Ph.D., or D.Eng.) in Computer Science, Physics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields, with AI experience.
