Job Description

This is a 9-month contract with possibility of extension, 40 hours/week. No C2C engagements. No visa sponsorship/visa transfer available.

About the Ads Data Science Team:

The Ads Data Science team at Reddit leverages data to maximize advertiser value through robust data foundations, metrics, and strategic insights generated via experimentation and advanced DS methods.

We work on challenging problems in ads targeting, relevance modeling, auction optimization, measurement, and user experience, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers.

About the Role:

We seek a highly motivated Senior Data Scientist to develop and apply cutting-edge models/methods to enhance our advertising platform's performance through data-driven insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, define metrics, and build impactful solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Strong SQL experience
• Design, develop, and apply DS solutions to improve advertiser experience and platform performance
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements
• Develop ML models & DS methods for anomaly detection, prediction, and pattern recognition
• Communicate findings to stakeholders
• Stay updated on ML and data science advancements
• Mentor junior data scientists
