Job summary

Analyticsmart, a boutique analytics firm operating in Canada and the U.S., seeks a Tableau Developer to design and deliver impactful data visualizations and dashboards. You will optimize SQL, ensure data integrity, and manage Tableau Server across environments, collaborating with clients to meet business objectives.

You will work hybrid from Toronto, bringing 5–8 years of Tableau experience, a CS background or MCTS: SQL certification, and a passion for turning data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar discipline, and/or MCTS: SQL certification or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years of advanced Tableau development experience with a strong focus on data visualization.
• Proven experience designing and delivering intuitive, data-driven visualizations in Tableau.
• Expertise in Tableau Server management, including governance, scheduling, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-impact, user-friendly Tableau dashboards that present complex data in an accessible, visual format.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Tableau Developer with a strong expertise in data visualization. You will work closely with our clients to analyze their data and translate complex datasets into clear, compelling visual stories. As an integral part of our team, you'll support decision-making processes by creating insightful dashboards, establishing best practices, and optimizing SQL queries.
