Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Scientist I to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data science principles and a passion for leveraging data to drive business decisions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic and collaborative environment. The team's focus is on anomaly detection and field services use cases, tackling complex business problems through deep data analysis and creating classification, regression, and generative solutions.

Critical Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, or related field; relevant experience may substitute.
  • Approximately 3 years of experience in data science or analytics.
  • Experience in a Cloud environment; GCP preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Familiarity with data frameworks like Beam and Dataflow.
  • Experience with machine learning libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Experience with Generative AI platforms such as VertexAI Agent Space.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in telecommunications or applying technical solutions to operational problems.
  • Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
