Data Scientist

Location: Onsite - Montreal

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI agents that improve workflow efficiency and scalability
• Design and integrate AI agents within existing infrastructure to reduce manual intervention and increase system-level efficiency
• Rapidly prototype, test, and deploy production-ready systems
• Measure impact through performance, efficiency, and revenue metrics
• Continuously iterate based on live data and user feedback

What We’re Looking For

• 1-5+ years of relevant experience in building and deploying AI-driven products or systems
• Proven builder: products, systems, startups, or internal tools that shipped
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, agent frameworks, automation pipelines, and applied AI systems
• Ability to move from concept -- MVP -- production quickly
• Comfort operating in ambiguity
• Bias toward execution and measurable outcomes
• Experience in digital media, growth, or performance-driven environments is a plus but not required.
