As a Data & Reporting Analyst, you will contribute to the success of project and portfolio reporting across the organization by developing and managing data and reporting assets. This includes providing business value through the creation, maintenance, implementation of data and reporting solutions that effectively addresses business reporting needs with dynamic views on projects and initiatives for strategic, financial and portfolio management and planning. How You Will Create Impact
- Able to work closely with business and technology partners to gather and document requirements for Data, Dashboard, and reporting needs around the organization's projects and initiatives.
- Autonomously manage and design reporting assets through enterprise tools (ie. Project Management tools, Excel and PowerBI) to enable easy and effective analysis and reports.
- Produce data and analytics to support ad-hoc requests on strategic and operational projects and initiatives with expert knowledge to extract, clean, reconcile and prepare the data required for the analysis.
- Able to autonomously perform descriptive and diagnostic analysis using recommended methods to improve information flows and views of project information with a solid understanding of project life cycles and impacts.

To Join Our Team
- You have 2-5 years of experience in a project reporting, planning or portfolio management.
- You have an engineering mindset with a passion for puzzling information together to provide fact-based analysis.
- You are an expert in Microsoft Tools (i.e. Excel and Powerpoint) and general knowledge of analytics tools and languages is an asset (e.g. MicroStrategy, PowerBI, SQL, SAS, Python, R, etc).
- Experience working with of project management and planning tools e.g. Planview, Clarity, Monday.com, Oracle, SAP etc.)is an asset.
- General knowledge of business operations tools (SalesForce, PolicyCentre, ClaimCentre, BillingCentre) is an asset.
- You have a post-secondary education in Actuarial, Mathematics, Statistics, computer sciences or any other relevant field.
- Strong communication, time management, problem solving and attention to detail skills.
- Proficiency in English is essential to the main duties in this role, including servicing and communicating primarily with majority non-francophone clients, groups, teams. Drafting complex English documents and preparing daily reports for anglophone leaders. The essential non-French duties are not assignable to adjacent or other team members.
