About the Opportunity:
KidsAbility is seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to support the organization’s growing need for data-driven insights and improved business intelligence infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for data storytelling, a strong foundation in Power BI and Excel, and a collaborative mindset. Reporting to the Director of ITS and working closely with the BI Specialist, the Data Analyst will help design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards that support clinical, operational, and strategic decision-making across the organization.
