Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited is seeking a Stewardship & Quality Manager to lead data stewardship and data quality practices, ensuring trusted data for analytics, AI, and decision-making. You will coach the steward community and define metrics, owning improvements across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with business and technology teams to elevate data quality at the source and drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data quality, data management, data governance, analytics, or a related field.
• Experience working with data quality, metadata, and data governance tools and processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute data stewardship and quality practices to support analytics and AI initiatives.
• Define, monitor and report on data quality metrics, issues and improvements.
• Manage issue identification, root cause analysis and resolution processes.
• Ensure business metadata and critical data elements are documented and maintained.
• Partner with data owners, tech teams and business stakeholders to improve data quality at the source.
• Drive continuous improvement of stewardship and data quality tools and processes.
