Job Description

Infosys is seeking an ETL Data Quality (DQ) Developer with experience working across different stages of the Software Development Process, including Requirements Elicitation and Design. The role involves communicating with key customers, crafting high-level design artifacts, delivering high-quality code, leading validation and testing activities, and supporting implementation, transition, and warranty phases. Required Qualifications

• Candidates should be located within commuting distance of Montreal, Quebec, or willing to relocate. Remote work from any Infosys hub is possible; travel within Canada may be required.
• Must be comfortable working in a hybrid work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the field can substitute each year of formal education.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• At least 3 years of experience with the Informatica Data Quality tool, managing the full SDLC lifecycle.
• Experience as a Data Quality Lead implementing enterprise-wide Data Quality frameworks and processes.
• Ability to lead tasks independently, take ownership, and mentor or lead other team members as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Present profiling/audit results to project leads or management, in summary or detail.
• Assist in defining or modifying project plans based on data quality assessments.
• Test Data Quality mappings for accuracy and completeness.
• Experience with Lean/Agile development methodologies.
• Effective communication of complex technical solutions to technical, business, and management teams.

The role may involve extensive travel, sitting for extended periods, and working at a computer. Candidates should communicate effectively via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
