Data Quality Management Analyst

JLL Technologies Enterprise Data team is seeking a Data Quality Management Analyst for our newly established central organization overseeing JLL's data platforms, products, and engineering. This role will be part of the Enterprise Data team led by the Chief Data Officer.

The Data Quality Management Analyst will be responsible for data quality management for the enterprise data platform and all contributing sources. Based in the AM region (any US city) with up to 15% travel, including international, this role reports to the Data Quality Management lead for the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) in Enterprise Data Governance.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Be the go-to person for JLLT EDP Data Quality across all regions and business lines
• Oversee data quality rules development, curation, enrichment, and standardization
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures
• Document data quality processes and provide user training
• Participate in testing and enhancement of data quality platforms
• Perform data profiling and review system enhancement requests
• Collaborate on enterprise-wide data quality initiatives
• Keep abreast of industry requirements for data quality
• Liaise with peers to ensure effective data governance and stewardship

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of data quality management experience in enterprise environments
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Management, MIS, Library Science, Computer Science, or related fields; advanced degree preferred
• 3+ years related experience in commercial real estate management (preferred) or related industry
• Hands-on experiences with data profiling, defect remediation, and data enrichment
• Expert level SQL skills, including reverse-engineering database structures and data definitions
• Software development life cycle knowledge, with background in agile methodologies
• Experience in large, complex, global organizations with geographically dispersed teams
• Superior analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage, manipulate, and analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills
• Knowledge of data lifecycle and maintenance processes
• Experience with data management tools
• Expert level skills in MS Visio, Word, and PowerPoint
• Understanding of data quality management and data governance
• Knowledge of data management in a global environment
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
