Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Data QA Tester – Business Intelligence with a focus on testing data in SQL, Python, and BI tools. The Data QA Tester will be responsible for executing test cases, performing manual testing, ensuring quality assurance, and analyzing results to guarantee data accuracy. The role involves creating, maintaining, and executing test plans, and collaborating with the development team to enhance software quality.

This role is not suitable for QAs focused on software and system testing.

Qualifications

• Proficient in data analysis and data testing
• Proficient in SQL and Python for data analysis and testing
• Strong data Quality Assurance and Manual Testing skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools like Tableau, Domo, Looker is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and detail-oriented mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
